Offering free room and board with a small weekly cash stipend, at our home in East Dorset. We have ten acres that we are converting into a doggie daycare/boarding facility, and a b&b in half our home. Need someone with some light basic knowledge of flooring, framing, tin work, plumbing, painting, drywall, and fencing to name a few. I have all the tools and supplies and need a helper with some of the work, but also somebody that can hold their own when im not around...I WILL NOT HOLD YOUR HAND TO GET WORK DONE, OR BEG!!!! Ive been a painter/drywall finisher 18+years, owned businesses, and im easy to get along with if you do your job. I will show you what I want, give you the plans and leave it to your discretion to get it done without hoovering. I get it, makes me uneasy too. I DO NOT EXPECT PERFECTION OR SOMEONE TO KNOW EVERYTHING, BUT JUST SAY SO. WE CAN WORK IT OUT TOGETHER, BUT I WONT TOLERATE LIES OR LAZINESS. I love creativity and input and have alot going on and no dependable help. We will start with a week or two trial basis, make sure its working for everyone involved..... If its going well, we can talk a more permanent situation or position. Its gonna be a really cool thing im starting here, and big:] SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!!!!
