Faith In Action Northern Communities Partnership, Inc. was established on 2004. We are a 501(c)3 certified nonprofit with offices in Cabot and Lyndonville, VT. We provide free services to our elderly and disabled neighbors through our more than 145 local Volunteers. We also host a twice monthly Food Share program, a monthly Senior's Adventure Morning, a Community Garden, and much more!

FIANCP works in partrnership with cities, communities, fraternal and service groups, schools, colleges, businesses, churches, Federal and State agencies, social service organizations, and individuals. Our shared vision is to help our elderly and disabled neighbors stay in their homes and communities as long, healthily, happily, and safely as possible.
