This is a Self-Help group for those living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). It is a place where you can come and talk to others with MS and to learn more about MS. It is a welcoming group and we look forward to meeting new people living with MS. It is important to know that we aren't alone and that there are people out there that can relate to what we are going through. The group meets every 3rd Wednesday of each month, with the exception of November and December in which case we will be meeting the 2nd Wednesday.
